WHAT IS YOUR PURPOSE IN LIFE WITH ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION?

One of the hardest things to do in a life where you struggle with anxiety and depression is find a way to cope and find something you loving doing without all the stress and worries.  You need to find your purpose in life with anxiety and depression and it needs to be something you love doing.

Everything is possible if you have the right mindset.  It really depends on how bad you want what you are aiming for and this includes people with anxiety and depression.  What ever you want in life is possible there are no limits.  The possibilities are endless and the good thing is it’s never to late to start today.

ARE YOU HAPPY WITH WHAT YOU HAVE ACHIEVED IN YOUR LIFE?

What’s your purpose in life with anxiety and depression?

First off I want to make one thing very clear there are times when I will swear on my blog, if you don’t like it then this is not the right blog for you to be reading.  However if you don’t mind then please carry on and welcome.  I’m just not going to change my personality as it’s part of who I am and I want to be straight up and truthful to my readers.

I’m asking truly happy?  No matter what family you were born in to, or talents you have acquired in your life.  You can change your outcome and achieve a different result.

Find a quiet spot.  You need to open your mind let the fear and doubts go, take a deep breath relax and concentrate.  You are trying to achieve peace of mind, with no fears, no doubts, no limiting beliefs, no negative limitations.

When you were young the world was your oyster but what happened?  Who told you to give up or why did you give up on your own dreams?  Why did paying the bills and stuff become more important than following your dreams?  How did anxiety and depression end up taking over your life and becoming a bigger priority than you following your dreams?

Have you ever had a moment in your life that you have thought why the fuck me?  Why did I end up with anxiety and depression and why is god punishing me?  Believe me I understand where you are coming from I have had the conversation with myself a thousand times.  The difference is though I found a way to want more and to go after it even if it felt like it was beyond all normal boundaries.

There is no-one in this world that has gotten to the top without hard work and dedication.  They have had extremely big ambitions and they have found the guts to go after the results they want.  You need to be willing to do the things that others won’t and find the greatness with in you to achieve an outcome better than what you have already got.

Okay so before we get started let’s make one thing clear there is no magic pill out there that will help you become successful and get over your anxiety and depression completely.  It takes determination and a positive mindset.  It’s about working your butt off and never giving up.  See the reasons why you can do it not the reasons why you can’t.

Mean Az goals 1

ONE STEP AT A TIME WHEN YOU HAVE ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION

Have you ever just wondered why most people fail? Even people that don’t suffer from anxiety and depression can stay stuck in a rut but it seems to affect sufferers more as they have to face the demons of the anxiety and depression as well as worrying about life in general.

Goals are essential if you want to be successful and if you want any chance of having a normal life with anxiety and depression.  That’s what it takes to be successful in anything business, life and coping with anxiety and depression.

They are the foundation of personal growth and certainly will help with your anxiety and depression.  They will represent the journey and the destination  and are simply essential for everyone but especially if you have anxiety and depression.  If you really are looking to change your life and stop struggling then you simply need to start setting the most outrageous goals.  This doesn’t mean think about them once and let it go it means taking your life seriously and be inspired with your goals.

If you set outrageous goals then you are forcing your brain to think outside the square box it’s always been in and it will start finding solutions to how you can complete your goal.  No doubt you will come across challenges and you may be scared but isn’t it better to think positive and stay on your toes than spend your life wondering what could have been and letting your anxiety and depression rule your life.

Think about what you really want to achieve in the next 6 months, 1 year, 5 years 10 years and then start writing in your journal.  You need to write everything down in the greatest detail even put smells and sounds down in your writing, this will give you a perspective of where you will go with your anxiety and depression.

I know you may be thinking what is this wishy washy crap this lady is talking about but if you stick with me and have some perseverance you will realise why goals are so important and believe me I’m a sufferer so I have been there.

They are what will help you achieve what you want.  When we set specific goals with actual time frames then the power of the sub-conscious mind will go to work and play with ideas on how you will reach the goal or it will help you develop strategies and simply put your anxiety will have time to get prepared for what’s ahead.

Before I started on this journey  I had never set a goal in my life in fact I hadn’t really known anything about goals and time frames.  I thought the mentor that taught me was crazy saying that if I dreamed I wanted something all I really needed to do was open my mind set some goals and put time frames on them then everything would finally full in to place.  When you have anxiety you need to dig deep inside some days to find the strength to keep going and I’m not saying it’s easy or it happens overnight but it does happen.

How about you? Do you use goal setting as a tool or do you just float through each day on a whim? Aye come on tell the truth?

If you have no goals you don’t have a plan.  You really have no future you are living day to day.

Real true success all begins with goals it’s the road to having a better foundation.

When you start on your new road to success you should make little goals first.  These can be your stepping stones.  It will be easier and you will get there quicker and this way you will feel satisfied with yourself for completing the goals so you will be more likely to keep on going.  Also it will make you more accountable and you can give yourself a pat on the back for a job well done.  Keep going.

Goals are the most important part of the process.  Without any goals you really don’t have any direction to move in so you can be moving all over the place not achieving anything.  I did that for years.

Lets get started with the first question and remember you need to dig deep even if it hurts.  It never hurts to cry and let it all out.

What do you really want to achieve?

How will you know when you have achieved it?

Where and when do you want to achieve this?  You need to have an actual time frame you can’t just keep saing someday as someday never comes.

What resources do you need to achieve this goal?

Do you need anyone else to help you achieve this goal?

What causes the pain?

What are your fears?

What’s important to you about getting through this?

When you have achieved your goal what will that mean for your life?

What will your life look like when you are living a normal life free from the chains of anxiety and depression?

Send me the answers to your questions I would be really keen to hear and help you along the way.
